• Shipping

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. The time it takes to receive an order depends on the shipping method you choose when checking out, but normally 1-10 business days depending on how far or close you are to Indiana. For all "free shipping" offers, the order will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Media Mail or 1st class, depending on weight.

• Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
